I lived here for 2 1/2 years and have no complaints. The only reason I left was because it was time for me to move into a home. The apartment bedrooms and living areas are very spacious. Each time I needed maintenance to fix something they were prompt and fixed the issue (that includes on call maintenance when I needed them after hours). The staff was very friendly and willing to work with me when I needed to extend my lease before leaving. I would definitely recommend living here!

Great location, fair rent, and good amenities make Malibu apartments a wonderful place to live. Lots of features I never had at previous apartments: full time staff to assist, regular lawn care, pest control (though I haven't needed it), free parking, a small gym, and a pool.
